Place cleansed stones or crystals in a crystal glass or Jug. Half fill it with distilled water and then place it in the morning sun for about 3 hours (preferably from 8 - 11 am) The water will become charged as the sun reflects through the liquid onto the stones. (Vibrational force and colour frequency of the stones)
This potent elixir can be put into sterilized eyedropper bottles, labelled and used when necessary.

For best results take 5 drops in a glass of water or directly under the tongue several times a day whilst visualising the stones and affirming their healing qualities. Hold the liquid in the mouth for about a minute to enhance their qualities, also allowing the remedy to be integrated with enzyme properties in the saliva that, in turn, integrate the remedies with normal enzyme properties. To make a permanent stock and preserve the remedies indefinitely, the eye-dropper bottles should be filled halfway with alcohol. (high quality brandy preferable)

Crystals or healing stones can also be placed in massage oils or tropical ointments.
