This is to help one to feel calm and refreshed. Place clear quartz pointing upwards above the head. A smokey quartz pointing downwards close to the base of the spine. A rose quartz on the heart chakra

Place a rose quartz in the centre of the chest surrounded by 4 clear quartz points. Pointing inwards will help stabilize an over emotional state. Pointing outwards helps remove emotional imbalances. Below the navel a clear Citrine quartz must point downwards. An amethyst should also be placed on brow above head.

Place green Tourmaline on root and sacral chakra's. Malachite on heart chakra, with camelian above it on both sides. Blue lace agate and Lapis Lazuli on throat chakra. Rose quartz on each side of the nose, over the sinuses. Amber on third eye. Turquoise on top of head

One gets a headache when there is a blockage or an imbalance in the head. Place one amethyst on either side of the neck, pointing  towards the head. Place the third stone pointing upwards towards the forehead  An optional 4th amethyst can be placed at the top of the head  pointing upward

Place a black obsidian at the sole of each foot and a piece of hematite in the palm of each hand. Chrysocolla on the heart chakra and a piece of green and purple fluorite on the brow chakra. Above the head  place 2 pieces of lapis lazuli with an amethyst between them. There must also be a quartz between the feet facing upwards

ENERGIZING
For a quick boost of energy in the whole body. Hold a clear quartz crystal in left hand pointing upwards and one in your right hand pointing downwards. Place a large Citrine point on the solar plexus. At your left foot a quartz pointing upwards and the right foot pointing downwards.

For Stress and Trauma. This layout will help you to release stress and trauma before it seeps into your body. Place a rose quartz on your heart chakra with 4 clear quartz pointing outwards and diagonally. At the sacral chakra place a tigers eye and 4 clear quartz  points facing inwards and diagonal.
